Terms of service — Craft Switcher

The service

Craft Switcher provides an independent informational guide and the digital Craft Switcher Kit. We are not affiliated with ArtCraft, Storyteller.ai or Adobe. Links to official software do not make us the publisher or distributor of that software.

Your purchase

The current kit is a one-time digital purchase priced at $19 USD when checkout is open. The final charge and any applicable tax are shown by the payment provider before confirmation. There is no recurring subscription. The displayed $39 comparison is a reference price, not a claim that every customer previously paid that amount. Future prices may differ.

Version 1.0 includes the migration guide, shortcut sheet, twelve LUTs, twelve XMP presets, sixteen PNG brush tips, previews and the accompanying README, license and changelog. Video lessons are not included in v1.0; they are planned as a free update, without a guaranteed release date.

Accounts and delivery

Sign in before purchasing. Once the payment provider confirms your order, the latest kit is available under My downloads. Keep your account credentials secure and do not share access. Downloads are limited to twenty per account per UTC day to prevent abuse. If an interruption prevents delivery, contact account support for help.

Your purchase provides ongoing access to re-download the kit and free kit updates during ArtCraft 1.x. Keep a local copy of downloaded files. We do not promise perpetual operation of any third-party service or particular future ArtCraft features.

License

The LICENSE.txt supplied in the ZIP governs use of the kit assets. You may use the LUTs, presets and brush tips in unlimited personal and commercial projects, modify them for your own use and install them on your own devices.

You may not resell, share, redistribute or give away the files, PDFs or modified asset files, alone or bundled in another pack, template or product. Do not upload the kit to a marketplace, public repository or file-sharing service. This does not prohibit selling finished creative work that uses the assets.

Compatibility and information

ArtCraft apps are evolving software. Published compatibility notes do not guarantee identical results to Adobe products or complete feature support. Work on copies and verify output for your own needs. The kit files are provided as is, subject to rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Refunds and support

Our refund policy allows requests within fourteen days of purchase. A completed refund ends access to the kit and its updates. Open an account support ticket with your order reference; we aim to reply within 48 hours.

Acceptable use and rights

Do not attempt to bypass payment or access checks, disrupt the service or distribute other users’ data. We may restrict abusive access and will review errors reported through support. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.
